Do I have to book an appointment
No, you don’t need to book an appointment for our children’s shoe fitting service.
You’re welcome to visit us anytime during opening hours.
However, if you prefer a quicker experience, booking ahead can help reduce waiting times, especially during busy periods.
Can I just come in and browse?
Absolutely. You’re welcome to browse our children’s shoes and boutique clothing anytime, with or without a fitting.
What age children do you fit shoes for?
We fit children of all ages, from pre-walkers through to tweens!. Every fitting is tailored to your child’s stage of development and foot needs. Pre-walkers to around size EU39 (UK L6).
What should my child wear to a shoe fitting?
Socks must be worn (or taken with you) for hygiene purposes. If purchasing school shoes we highly recommend you take the school socks with you to ensure the most accurate and comfortable fit.
Is there free parking beside the shop?
There is lots of FREE parking outside the shop, including accessible spaces.
Do you offer quiet appointments?
We understand that shoe shopping can feel overwhelming to some children, especially our neurodiversity community, so we offer quiet appointments, usually before the shop opens. To book simply contact us to arrange.
