Booking appointment FAQs
Each fitting appointment is for one child only. If you have multiple children who require fittings, please book a separate appointment for each child.
Appointments are 20 minutes long, allowing our team enough time to provide a thorough and accurate fitting service.
We understand that delays can happen. However, if you arrive late for your appointment, we may be unable to accommodate your fitting due to other scheduled bookings.
Yes. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice so we can offer the appointment to another customer.
Yes. For hygiene reasons, we cannot fit shoes unless your child is wearing socks.
If you're shopping for school shoes, please ensure your child wears their school socks to the appointment. The thickness and style of socks can significantly affect the fit, helping us ensure the most comfortable and accurate sizing.
